The Chairman of the Court of Appeal of Banadir Region, Syed Ali Mohamed, announced that he did not find any crime against the former Directors of the Ministry, Abdullahi Mohamed Ali and Mohamed Adde Mukhtar, while ordering the relevant agencies to release them and restore their freedom. to be returned.

He said that the court sentenced Abd Muhsin Ibrahim to three years in prison.

These men have been in prison for the past two years, after being arrested for corruption in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

The Banadir Regional Court has already acquitted officials of the Immigration Agency, who were accused of corruption.
