The Court of Appeal of Banadir Region has announced that the hearing of the case against Sayid Ali Macalin Daoud, who was previously sentenced to death by the Banadir Regional Court, will begin on Sunday.
The accused was found by the court to have burned his wife, whose name was Luul Abdicasis.
The Court of Appeal of Banadir Region has ordered the Commissioner of Police of Hamarweyne district to bring the accused Sayid Ali before the court on Sunday, and after hearing the report, he should return him to Hamar Central Prison.
A statement issued by the Court of Appeal stated that the Court will open at 9:00 AM, and the parties hearing the case were also instructed to attend the Court at the same time.
