A meeting between the Habargidir, Murusade and Hawadle clans took place in the Wara Dhumale area of ​​Galgaduud region, and was attended by Members of the People’s Assembly, Ministers, politicians who have previously held various positions and discussed the acceleration of the war against Al -Shabaab.

The officials of the clans who participated in the meeting said that they are ready for the war against Al-Shabaab, and that they will join together in the fight to eliminate Al-Shabaab.

The meeting between the three communities in the Wara Dhumale area was also attended by the president of the Hiran State administration, Cal Jeyte Osman, who is the leader of the war to end the Al-Shabaab group in the Galmudug area.

President Ali Jeyte who spoke at the meeting said that the three communities of Hawadle, Murusade and Habargidir have agreed to jointly participate in the fight against the Al-Shabaab group.

“Al-Shabaab in the past few years have caused various problems in the communities living in Hiraan and Galgaduud regions. Today is the time when we will not tolerate each other. Let’s end it,” said Hiran State President Ali Jeyte Osman.

MP Mohamed Abukar Jafar, one of the members of the House of Representatives who was part of the meeting, said that the decision made by the three communities is the one that would end the war against the Al-Shabaab group.

This move to unite these communities in the fight against Al-Shabaab comes at the same time as the government forces have already moved out of important areas and removed the Al-Shabaab group.
