In a press release from the prosecutor’s office, it was said that the accused was brought before the Banadir Regional Court, and was accused of violating the ethics and culture of the community.
The prosecution said that it will take action according to the law against anyone who is found to be doing something against the culture and morals of the Somali community.
Recently, the governor of Banadir region, Hussein Jimale Maddale said that acts against culture and religion will not be tolerated.
