The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamse Abdi Barre, has laid the foundation stone of the Flour Factory, which is the first of its kind that Somali businessmen have implemented in the country after the collapse.

The Prime Minister, who is encouraging investment in the Industry and Agricultural Production, praised the Somali businessmen who are implementing this industry, pointing out the importance of promoting domestic investment, so that our country can overcome food shortages and hunger. It was said in a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office.

Also, the news from the Prime Minister’s Office, “The Danish government is planning to establish a special industrial zone in the coming years, and the Prime Minister has called on the Somali people living in government facilities to vacate, to serve the country.”

Prime Minister Hamse Abdi Barre, who spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony, noted that food shortage is a major problem in the world, so his government is promoting international and domestic investments in industry and agricultural production.

The flour factory that was inaugurated today by the Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamsa Abdi Barre, which is being implemented by Somali businessmen, will cost 37 million dollars to build, and it will produce 16,000 bags (loor) daily.
