Hezbollah’s statement comes a few hours after Hamas confirmed the death of Yahya Sinwar, who was the person who organized the October 7, 2023 attack on Israel that triggered the ongoing war in Gaza City.
Yahya Sinwar is the second leader that Israel has killed in the Hamas organization in less than three months, and Israel previously killed Ismail Haniyah, who was the leader of Hamas, in Tehran, Iran, on July 31 of this year. replaced by Yahya Sinwar.
