The Deputy Chairman of the Upper House of the Federal Parliament of Somalia, Sen. Abdullahi Ali Hersi Timacadde and members of the members of the two houses representing the SSC arrived in Lasanood.
The officials held meetings with the SSC and the Self-Deliberation Committee on Sool and Sanaag issues.
Reports we have received say that this committee will work to remove the Somaliland troops from the areas of Sool and Sanaag, especially in the town of Lascaanood.
On the other hand, we have received information indicating that this committee will provide military support and weapons to the fighting people of Lasanod.
Somaliland has warned several times before to intervene in the conflict in Laos and it is clear that now the war is expanding.
