Security forces and the Somali National Intelligence Service (NISA) last night arrested a man with a bag filled with explosives.<\/p>\n

NISA said that the man was arrested in an operation near Lido beach in Abdicasis district of Mogadishu.<\/p>\n

“The NISA forces failed to find a bag containing explosives that was intended to harm the people of Abdicasis District in the Banadir region. The NISA forces also captured the man who was carrying the bag containing the explosives, it was said in a brief news release from the government.<\/p>\n

The news from the Federal Government did not say where the man wanted to target the bag filled with the items.<\/p>\n

It is said that the man who was carrying the bag containing the explosives is currently being investigated and will be brought to justice.<\/p>\n

The arrest of the man with the bag of explosives comes at the same time as the security forces of the capital of Somalia have greatly increased their operations to ensure the general security of Mogadishu.<\/p>\n
