A large demonstration against the recent maritime agreement between Ethiopia and Somaliland took place in Borama.<\/p>\n

The demonstration that started this morning in the city of Borama, the people are against the military base that Ethiopia and Somaliland recently agreed to be given to Ethiopia in the sea of \u200b\u200bSomaliland.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, some of the people living in the coastal area of \u200b\u200bLughaya in Somaliland said that they do not agree to the agreement with Ethiopia to provide a naval base.<\/p>\n

Some of these people who recorded videos of themselves carrying some of the small arms, said that they do not accept that Ethiopian troops come to their land.<\/p>\n

“We are after war, our weapons are the first, you can see the first one. We Oromo did not allow him to come to the sea, we are after war, the sea is Somali, we don’t know what to call Somaliland, Somaliland has become one that sells the land” one of them said so.<\/p>\n

Ethiopia has recently said that Somaliland has told them that it will give them a base in the coastal area of \u200b\u200bLughaya in the west of Somaliland.<\/p>\n
