The administration of Hiran region in Hirshabeelle announced that 270,000 families were displaced by the floods that hit Baledweyne town at the beginning of this week.<\/p>\n

The governor of Hiran region named Hirshabelle Abdullahi Ahmed Maalin Sufurow also said that the displaced people are facing difficult conditions in life.<\/p>\n

Governor Sufurow called on the relief agencies and the SODMA agency to provide immediate assistance to the people of Baledweyne who were greatly affected by the floods.<\/p>\n

He also said that his administration is carrying out the latest efforts to deal with the disasters caused by the floods in Baledweyne.<\/p>\n

It has been confirmed that the flood that hit the town of Baledweyne killed 9 people.<\/p>\n
