The Minister of Information of the Federal Government of Somalia, Daoud Aweys Jama, has declared that the whole country has entered a state of emergency, after the heavy rains and parallel floods that have affected the Somali people.<\/p>\n

The minister noted that the floods and floods in some regions of the country have resulted in losses including death, injury, displacement and massive property damage.<\/p>\n

He said the Minister of Information that the floods caused by the rains and floods displaced 500,000 people and killed 31 people.<\/p>\n
