When the meeting made a long analysis and observation on Puntland’s political issues, the performance and duties of the government, it became a fact that in the last two years it has neglected its duties and has not done any social service; Puntland has entered political isolation at the national and international level;<\/p>\n

The bad relationship between Puntland and the Federal Government is based on personal interests which has had a negative impact on the development projects that have been the backbone of the development of the Puntland community. The meeting also realized that the government system that was balanced was concentrated in the hands of the president and that the government’s policy was based on division and division of the Puntland community; And every difference of opinion reacts to the shooting of a gun that has caused loss of life and property.<\/p>\n

The conference studied in depth the security issues of Puntland, and it came out that the government has failed to deal with the problems of the extremist organizations in the security, business, and economy; types of drugs that are a scourge destroying the country; The influx of foreigners is part of the security and drug supply problems. The meeting also realized that it was unfortunate that the war that took place in Bosaso, Garowe and Galkacyo, which was brought against the forces that were the backbone of Puntland’s defense.<\/p>\n

The conference thoroughly studied the financial issues of Puntland and it is a fact that there is widespread social destruction which is based on: embezzlement of government income and international donations for private interests, money collected by extremist organizations. businessmen and financial protection agencies have failed in their roles and the government has failed to provide the constitutional rights of workers and the military.<\/p>\n

The meeting discussed in depth the issues of the constitution and democracy of Puntland, and it came out that the constitution and other laws of Puntland were violated irresponsibly, that the judiciary, Parliament and the government have become the same office, the lack of independence of the Constitutional Court has led to frustration and loss of trust after they failed to hear and decide on the cases brought before them, misleading and corrupting the democratic system. The meeting suggested that if the government does not take the role of facilitating the election, the country will not enter into a constitutional vacuum.<\/p>\n

The conference praises the struggle and success of the SSC-Khatumo community, and suggests that the wishes of the SSC-Khatumo community be considered, and we urge other communities in Puntland to redouble their financial and life support with their brothers.<\/p>\n
