US Defense Secretary General Austin arrived in Djibouti this morning and held meetings with Djibouti leaders and defense officials.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, news from the Lower Jubba region says that soldiers of the American army and one of the Kenyan soldiers were wounded by bullets from Al-Shabaab who attacked the base of the Kenyan army in the area of \u200b\u200bKulbiyow in Lower Jubba.<\/p>\n

The Al-Shabaab organization also said that the attack injured four of the American soldiers and an officer of the Kenyan government, as the group announced in a message it spread on its Telegram page.<\/p>\n

The US Army officer who spoke to VOA denied that the group injured US soldiers and injured a contractor working with the Marines, and he also denied that the US military carried out any bombings in Somalia last Friday.<\/p>\n
