The city of Garowe woke up this morning as people expressed great fear that the parliamentary session would lead to conflict, and this caused the movement of the city to be very small.<\/p>\n

Efforts to find a solution to the political conflict in Puntland are still ongoing in the city of Garowe, while the parliament is scheduled to vote today to amend some of the articles of the constitution.<\/p>\n

Many people fled last night and the night before the parliament, and the places where the forces that command the opposition politicians can fly from.<\/p>\n

Unconfirmed reports say that the parliament is holding a meeting at the 54th army headquarters, which is located on the northern outskirts of Garowe city, to protect the government from attacks on the members of the parliament.<\/p>\n

President Deni, who is in search of a solution, said that he did not negotiate to change the constitution, which he said is dependent on the continuation and implementation of the Puntland democratic system.<\/p>\n

The president said, as we have quoted from informed sources, that he never plans to delay the election.<\/p>\n
