He also said that the president of Somalia will be shamed for anyone who steals public livestock, and he sent a strong message to the traditional elders and authorities who come after people caught in cases related to theft and corruption.<\/p>\n

“The man who fears Allah has no dignity. He deserves it. No one who commits theft is forbidden. Today, we have reached a point where we are proud of theft. We are looking for a thief who is a thief.
