The Council of Ministers of Somalia, which held its weekly meeting in Mogadishu today, passed a resolution that is said to strengthen the efficiency of the country’s financial management.<\/p>\n

This resolution, which contains 8 articles, the cabinet said is based on the management of the country’s public finances, the management of the country’s income, the purchase and the contract of the nation, the management of the public assets of the nation and the management and management of the staff.<\/p>\n

Prime Minister Hamse, who presided over the meeting, indicated that this resolution is important for the protection of public property, the fight against corruption and the management of national property in an efficient manner that serves the public interest.<\/p>\n

The government’s decision coincided with the Somali government being accused of corruption, and there is no accountability in the government’s fight against people involved in corruption.<\/p>\n

The Deputy Minister of Information of Somalia who posted a message on his Facebook page a few hours ago said that the government is starting another very strong war to fight corruption and protect transparency and accountability. Corruption is a killer for Khawarij and those who speak for it .\u201d<\/p>\n

However, Somalia is at the bottom of the 2022 ranking of the level of corruption produced by Transparency International, based in Berlin, Germany, which investigated 180 countries.<\/p>\n
