The governments of Qatar, Jordan and Egypt have strongly condemned Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, calling them a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement reached in October, warning that the actions jeopardize efforts to achieve stability.<\/p>\n

Separate statements by the foreign ministries of the three countries said that Israel on Saturday carried out one of the heaviest airstrikes since the ceasefire, targeting homes, tents and a police station in Gaza. The Palestinian Health Ministry said the attacks killed more than 30 people, including three girls from one family.<\/p>\n

Qatar\u2019s foreign ministry said the ceasefire violations had resulted in deaths and injuries and were a threat to the political path to resolving the crisis.<\/p>\n

The Valley called on Israel to fully respect the ceasefire agreement, urging all parties to show restraint in order to implement the second phase of US President Donald Trump’s plan and UN Security Council Resolution 2803. Similarly, Qatar stressed the importance of creating conditions conducive to the early recovery and reconstruction of Gaza.<\/p>\n

Jordan also described the attacks as a \u201cblatant violation\u201d of the ceasefire. Jordanian Foreign Ministry spokesman Fouad Majali called for strict adherence to the ceasefire agreement, in particular facilitating the delivery of urgent and adequate humanitarian assistance.<\/p>\n

He also reiterated Jordan\u2019s call for a clear political vision leading to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, based on the June 4, 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with the two-state solution and the Arab Peace Initiative.<\/p>\n

Egypt, for its part, condemned Israel\u2019s repeated ceasefire violations, which it said had resulted in the deaths of at least 25 Palestinians. Cairo warned that these actions could \u201cdestabilize\u201d the situation and jeopardize efforts to achieve peace, security and humanitarian stability.<\/p>\n

A statement from the Egyptian Foreign Ministry called on all parties to exercise full restraint, maintain the ceasefire, and refrain from any action that could undermine the political process, stressing that continued violations directly threaten the prospects for lasting stability in Gaza.<\/p>\n
