Iran Responds with Warning, Vows to Defend Itself<\/p>\n

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi accused the US of “blatantly violating” the UN Charter, international norms, and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). He said Iran has the right to defend itself and will use all options at its disposal to protect its territorial integrity and the interests of its people.<\/p>\n

The Qatari Foreign Ministry expressed grave concern, warning that the crisis could lead to serious regional and international consequences. Saudi Arabia called the attack a violation of international law. Meanwhile, Maryam Rajavi, the leader of the Iranian opposition, described the attack as “the end of what she called Khamenei’s weapons project” and called on the Iranian leader to step down.<\/p>\n
