Jubbaland President Ahmed Mohamed Islam Madoobe spoke today in depth about the plan of government leaders and those in some regional states to form a major political party.<\/p>\n

President Ahmed Madoobe first criticized the political process of President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, noting that he will never accept the things he rejected yesterday from Farmaajo.<\/p>\n

“Hasanow, I say to you, first listen to yourself and listen to the statements of yesterday and today, I will not accept what we rejected yesterday from Farmaajo and have no answer for,” said Jubbaland President Ahmed Madoobe.<\/p>\n

He also indicated that the president is following an organization that he said is in Somalia to form a major party similar to the revolution of the government of Mohamed Siyaad Barre.<\/p>\n

“They want to build a Socialist Party like the Somali Revolutionary Party but they don’t know that they have nothing in their hands, and they don’t have the power to revolutionize. Where does the Party work and this government is in control? They are arguing about who will be my chairman and who will be my deputy. The Revolutionary Party was built by the government that controlled the entire country, so where do these people have control?” said Jubaland President Ahmed Madobe.<\/p>\n

The Jubbaland President said that he is ready to engage in dialogue with the leaders of the Federal Government of Somalia to overcome the obstacles and resolve the political crisis.<\/p>\n

“I am ready to sit down with the leaders of the government, and so do Puntland and opposition politicians. Dialogue is nothing and cannot be completed. Who can say that one clan has been able to dominate another clan and completely wipe out another clan during the civil wars that were taking place in the country? That is not true. If the president is ready for dialogue, then the bed is ready,” said Ahmed Madoobe.<\/p>\n

This statement from the Jubbaland president comes as reports are emerging that government leaders and some regional state leaders are planning to establish a major political party.<\/p>\n
