{"id":114046,"date":"2025-04-16T01:03:23","date_gmt":"2025-04-15T22:03:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/warsom.com\/wararka\/?p=114046"},"modified":"2025-04-16T23:20:15","modified_gmt":"2025-04-16T20:20:15","slug":"114046","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/warsom.com\/wararka\/2025\/04\/114046\/","title":{"rendered":"Prime Minister Hamze Abdi Barre, during his visit to Lascaanod, succeeded in transferring 25 prisoners to the Somaliland administration."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamse Abdi Barre, has taken over 25 prisoners from Somaliland, who were captured during the fighting in the Sool region, according to a statement from his visit to the SSC-Khaatumo area.<\/p>\n<p>The SSC-Khaatumo administration, in consultation with its administrative councils, handed over the prisoners to the Somali government, noting that the prisoners are in special circumstances, so that they can be returned to their families.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In consideration of the Peace Program sponsored by the Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, the SSC-Khaatumo administration, in consultation with the administrative councils, has handed over to the Federal Government of Somalia 25 prisoners who were captured during the war in Somaliland and people from SSC-Khaatumo who are in special circumstances, and the Federal Government of Somalia will return them safely to their families,&#8221; the statement from the Prime Minister&#8217;s visit said.<\/p>\n<p>It was also agreed that the SSC-Khaatumo administration would become a formal regional state and a full member of the National Consultative Council (NCC), and that its areas would be part of the territory of the Federal Government of Somalia.<\/p>\n<p>The Federal Government has dismissed the SSC-Khaatumo areas as disputed areas.
