Reports from the Middle Shabelle region say that the Al-Shabaab group has taken over El Baraf area in the Middle Shabelle region.<\/p>\n

The Al-Shabaab group is said to have peacefully taken control of the area of \u200b\u200bEl Baraf.<\/p>\n

Al-Shabaab’s takeover of Elbaraf area is coming after the group started fighting in the areas between El Ali Ahmed and Ali Foldheere in the early hours of this morning.<\/p>\n

The federal government has claimed great success in the fighting that took place this morning in the areas of El Ali Ahmed and Ali Foldheere, and said that more than 130 members of Al-Shabaab, including leaders and militias, were killed in those battles.<\/p>\n

Elbaraf area in the Middle Shabelle region was one of the areas cleared from the group, and it is worth noting that in this area late last year six soldiers were killed by a tribe.<\/p>\n

The takeover of Al-Shabaab in the area of \u200b\u200bAelbaraf has been widely discussed in the social media in the last few hours.<\/p>\n
