Representative Ilhan Omar, who was elected from the state of Minnesota in the United States of America, welcomed the statement made by the President of the country, Donald Trump, that he ordered the airstrike that targeted the top leadership of Daesh in Somalia.<\/p>\n

In a statement posted last night on her website X, she said that she hopes to win against ISIS and Al-Shabaab who are fighting in Somalia.<\/p>\n

“Yes, this is what we should do. It is my sincere hope that ISIS and al-Shabaab will be defeated and the people of Somalia will see the end of terrorism,” said MP Ilhan Omar in her statement.<\/p>\n

The statement of the parliamentarians comes after the president of the United States of America, Donald Trump, announced that he had given the order for an airstrike against a senior official of ISIS in Somalia.<\/p>\n

Finally, the spokesperson of the Puntland forces in the operation against Daesh, General Mohamud Mohamed Ahmed Fadhigo, has announced that 46 members of the Daesh group were killed in the US airstrikes against Daesh.<\/p>\n
