The Minister of Petroleum and Minerals of the Federal Government of Somalia, Dahir Shire Mohamed, who is in Baledweyne, spoke to the traditional elders of Hiran region to find a solution to the problems of insecurity and checkpoints.<\/p>\n

Minister Dahir Shire told the cultural elders of Hiran region that there is an urgent need to find a lasting solution to the checkpoints and insecurity in Hiran region which has caused the region to be delayed.<\/p>\n

Dahir Shire also indicated that he met with some of the biggest businessmen in the Hiran region who are complaining about a significant decrease in the products and livestock that they used to sell due to the illegal payments taken at the numerous checkpoints. located in Hiran region.<\/p>\n

“People are being harassed on this long road. Here, a relative of my brother came to me, and he is the first person to be asked for donations. He said that he has not moved any animals for 8 months due to insecurity. There is a lot of money on the way,” said Somalia’s Minister of Petroleum and Minerals, Dahir Shire.<\/p>\n

The Minister of Petroleum and Minerals of Somalia has instructed the intellectuals of Hiran region if they want progress and prosperity to be brought to Hiran region to stand clear of the people who are working on the backwardness of the region who are working on the lack of security and the number of checkpoints on the roads of the region.<\/p>\n

Finally, the elders in the meeting with the Minister promised that they will work to remove all the checkpoints on the roads in the region .Hiran, whose complaints have been raised in recent times, which have caused a sharp increase in the price of basic necessities in the entire region.<\/p>\n
