Jubaland President Ahmed Mohamed Islam Madobe this morning returned to Kismayo, the capital of Lower Jubba region, after the failure of efforts to persuade Ahmed Madobe to give up the points he presented to the National Consultative Council.<\/p>\n

The reason for President Ahmed Madobe’s withdrawal from the National Consultation Forum is that he refused to allow Puntland and Khatumo to be absent from the forum, and without them it would be impossible to hold elections in the country.<\/p>\n

This action taken by Jubbaland president Ahmed Madobe means that the meeting of the National Consultative Council that has been going on in Mogadishu for the past four days will have a negative impact on the decisions that were expected to come out of the meeting.<\/p>\n

However, this National Consultative Conference was of special importance for the issues of elections, reconciliation, and cooperation between the Federal Government and the regional governments, and now it appears that Jubbaland has joined the conflict for a year in the meetings of the National Consultative Council, which is absent from Puntland. .<\/p>\n

There is no official news from the presidency of Somalia and the administration of Jubaland regarding the reason why President Ahmed Madobe returned to Kismayo, while the meeting of the National Consultative Council is still going on in Mogadishu.<\/p>\n
