The Minister of Information of Puntland, Mohamud Eidid Dirir denied the statement made by the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Somali government, MP Abdiqafar Hassan Haange, which was that the federal government of Somalia poured $6 million into the coffers of Puntland.<\/p>\n

The Minister of Information, who was talking to reporters in Garowe today, said that the money that Puntland received from the World Bank is money that was transferred by its own government, to help support its budget.<\/p>\n
