Reports from the Middle Shabelle region say that most of the forces are surrounded by the Ruunirgood area, where the Al-Shabaab group is located.<\/p>\n

The aim of the forces surrounding Ruunirgood area is to drive out the Al-Shabaab group that has strong defenses there.<\/p>\n

An official of the army told the media that they have the reinforcements in the Ruunirgood area, and they are waiting for the government officials to enter the area.<\/p>\n

The latest reports say that this morning most of the Al-Shabaab group left their positions in Ruunirgood area in the Middle Shabelle region.<\/p>\n

However, the Al-Shabaab group has already been removed from their control in important areas and districts in the Middle Shabelle region that they ruled for a long time, and it is expected that they will be removed from Ruunirgood area in the coming hours.<\/p>\n
