The leader of the SSC-Khatumo administration, Abdiqadir Ahmed Ali Firdhiye, said that the federal government of Somalia wants their administration to withdraw from the autonomy and give them full legality, as he said to give up on the administration of Somaliland.<\/p>\n

Leader Khatumo said that the existence of his administration is of great importance for the unity of the country, and to prevent Somaliland’s desire to divide the country.<\/p>\n

“We entered into a dialogue with the federal government, a statement came out. We have agreed that the responsibility on our side should be completed, and the federal government will be required to discharge its constitutional duties,” said Firdhiye.<\/p>\n

The leader of the SSC told the federal government that they want to protect the existence of their administration, so that the country is not divided. He said that they are in defense day and night against a group that he said wants to undermine the unity of Somalia.<\/p>\n

Leader Khatumo said this while speaking to the Puntland community in Kenya.<\/p>\n
