The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamse Abdi Barre, today chaired the weekly meeting of the Council of Ministers, which passed the legislative proposals on Cyber ​​Security and the National Security and Intelligence Agency Regulations, which were presented by the Ministry of Internal Security.

The cabinet has also instructed aid agencies to provide immediate assistance to the Somali people who have been affected by the floods.

The Minister of Defense and Security of the Government of Somalia listened to the news related to the general security situation of the country, and presented to the Assembly the achievements of the latest operations against Al-Shabaab.

The weekly meeting of the Council of Ministers is coming up, as many areas and districts of the country are in humanitarian situations as a result of parallel floods that have killed 43 people. displaced more than 300,000 people.
