Jeesow, who gave an interview to Somali Cable TV, said that in June 2025, regional elections cannot be held for people and votes, which the government wants to hold in regional governments so that the leadership of these authorities can be elected.
The issues that emerged from the meeting of the forum have been extended for a period of 1 year for the South West, Galmudug and Hirshabelle regional governments, although at the beginning of this meeting it was in Jubaland but later it withdrew and they announced that they will hold elections on their own.
Dahir Amin Jeesow has warned President Hassan to lead the country to a future conflict so that these issues can be avoided.
